SHIPPING
All of our pieces are made to order and shipped from our NYC studio. Please allow 2-3 weeks for your order to be sent out. If you need an item rushed, please email us at info@brvtvs.com prior to ordering.

All domestic orders are sent Priority shipping, via the USPS, and generally arrive within 2-5 business days of being shipped.

International shipments are sent International Express Priority via the USPS and arrive within 5-14 business days of being shipped. All import fees, customs duties, and applicable taxes are the responsibility of the customer. Any items left unclaimed will be returned to the BRVTVS studio and re-shipped at the customer’s expense.

Shipping costs are determined by the total value of your purchase. All our orders are insured and a tracking number will be emailed to you upon shipping.

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.


RETURN POLICY
We want you to love your jewelry. Because most of our pieces are made to order, items are not eligible for a full refund. If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase we will gladly exchange your item for store credit.

 Due to customization options, certain items are final sale and are not eligible for return or store credit. Please review the policy for each item listed on the product page before placing your order.

 All exchanges must have prior approval. Please email us within seven days of receiving your order at info@brvtvs.com to obtain an authorization form and instructions. Packages received without prior approval will be returned to the customer.

All sales are final on discounted items and custom pieces.  This includes custom sizes outside our general range of sizes and designs not featured in our online shop.


 SALES TAX
Sales tax will be applied for all orders shipping within the state of New York.


DAMAGES
If you receive an item that is damaged please contact us immediately at info@brvtvs.com. All damages must be reported within 48 hours upon receiving your order.

 
REPAIRS
We will gladly repair items purchased through our website. Please email us at info@brvtvs.com with a detailed description of the damage. Repair fees are the responsibility of the customer and we will let you know the cost of the repair before you ship your item out to us.

We are not responsible for damages to items purchased through one of our retailers.
